​For years, I had been thinking about starting a travel business. I looked into several options, and explored the idea over 7 years in total. One company I enquired with was asking for thousands of pounds upfront - I just could not justify that! 

 

After starting my young family, I needed something for me. I was introduced to the travel programme. With its flexibilities around my commitments, its low start up costs and the unrivalled training and support, this really appealed to me. So, in March 2024, Topp Travel by Zoe was born.

 

Initially I ran this business alongside my full-time role within Recruitment, HR and payroll. Not just for the additional earnings but also for the opportunity to grow something that could - hopefully - one day become my main source of income.

After 8 months of running my travel business alongside my full time role – I realised I was becoming so passionate about it that I couldn’t just do it part time. So – as of December 2024 - I left the traditional 9 to 5 to do this full time.

This business has opened up so many opportunities. Not only does it allow me time freedom – not having to miss any school drop offs, pick-ups, assemblies and school plays – but it also allows me location freedom – I can literally run my business ANYWHERE.

My goal now is to mentor all those who are looking for an opportunity to start their own businesses. I want to help as many people as possible not just to travel smarter, but to be able to turn their dreams into realities.
